My Study in Denmark

US congress on the 26th of June 2009, passed the bill on climate change. With US as the top emitter of Green house gases and as one of the highly industrialized countries not interested in the the Kyoto Protocol, of what significance is this bill to the worlds fight of curbing the current global climate change and what do you envisage in the near future as to their commitment to this bill?

Hi ,the passage of this Bill is a giant move that calls for applause.
We should appreciate that they even passed the bill in the first instance,In th nearest future this Bill would be instuimental in redesigning the level of green house compliant of any new machine or technology.
Dont forget that efforts are equally now equally geared towards the transformation of the already gotten inventions and machine to comply with the green house order.Example abounds like the non co2 emitting cars etc
In my opinion, this bill may prove to be the US first step towards signing Kyoto protocol. It is a big achievement of Obama administration as it compells large US companies, including utilities, oil refiners, manufacturers and others, reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other gases associated with global warming by 17 percent by 2020 and 83 percent by 2050, from 2005 levels. We all should appreciate it. If they really show their commitment to this bill, then hopefully a new era will start leading to no global warming and no climate change at all!
what u say about the pakistani president , prime ministers and poor public.
