The Inter-Relationship among Climate Change, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy Technologies, Resource Conservation, Governance, Leadership, and Sustainable Development, is critical for the successful implementation of any Action Plan that implements the Policies, Strategies, and Technologies for significant reduction of carbon and greenhouse gas emissions, both in the developed and developing countries of the world. As a Co-Author of a recently published book in the United States, entitled, "Carbon Reduction : Policies, Strategies, and Technologies", I will be happy to actively participate in the proposed Climate Change discussion.
