NIGERIAN STUDENTS SUPPORTS CLIMATE JUSTICE.
Hi everyone,
I'm Friday Efik, the National Coordinator of the Nigerian Students' Climate Coalition & Sustainable Development (NSCC-SD). In view of the on-going UN Climate Change Conference and the 15th edition of the Conference of Parties(COP 15), Hopenhagen, Denmark,
We, the Nigerian Youths Delegation at COP 15 hereby support Climate Justice especially in the area of Reduction in the Carbon use from 390ppm to 350 ppm. and the reduction in emission cut by 40% by 2020.
We also urge the developed countries not to kill the Kyoto protocol, this is the hope and future of Africa particilarly for youths and students who are sustainably conscious of promoting global climate change for the next generation to also benefit.
On climate Justice, we stand. aFRICAN MUST SURVIVE BECAUSE SURVIVAL IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
