My Study in Denmark

Hello all!

I have a great interest in gaining Master's degree in one of the Nordic countries and now am looking for various information about what are the requirements.

I've figured out that international student from EU (Lithuania to be exact), if he wants to study in Sweden, Norway or Finland, doesn't have to pay for his education, but, if he doesn't have a scholarship, he must give some evidence to the Immigrations bureau that he can afford the living cost. That is, he must show that he has enough money to live in that country for 20 (usually) months. I must say, that's quite a sum for me, something around 15 000 Euros at a time.

But I haven't found any information how this is done in Denmark.
Can someone please enlighten me?
Do I have to show the proof that I have similar amount of money? Or the regulations in Denmark are somewhat different?

Thank you in advance!

Try to have a look at www.newtodenmark.dk. It is an official portal for foreigners about integration. Hopfully you can find further information on this site. See e.g. http://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/News/News/Integrationsministeriet/20...
Thanks a lot!
