studying at CBS?

Hiii everyone !!

I'm planning to apply at CBS because I'd like to study Business Administration, bachelor taught in english. But I'm quite scared because I heard that it may be difficult for foreign student to entry Danish higher education... 

Anyway, I also wanted to know I've heard that there are two types of higher education - academies and universities. Which advantages does CBS being a university have ? I know that academies focus more on practice and universities on theory. That is, I think, a big advantage of academy. What are the pros of university than ? Is it its status, possibilities?? How is it with accepting new students to CBS? If you fulfill all the requirements is there any other selection? Thank you a lot for every answer :)
