Does the Danish government pay my studies if I decide to study abroad?

I am Ecuadorian and have double nationality (danish). I understand taht in order for me to mantain my Danish nationality I have to live a minimum of one year in Denmark and know fluent Danish. I think my best shot would be to finish my high school studies and move to Denmark and study University there. But what happens if I want to study in another EU country? Would Denmark pay for my schooling there? If not, then what would they do?
