Samsø trip

It’s a wonderful two day’s trip, companied with a very lovely bus and Svend, the famous local driver, although I was with crutch during the trip because of my broken foot... hahaha :) (See the pic as following).

So happy to meet Susanne and our group of COP15 students again after one and half year, and very glad to see Tore there as well.

Samsø is famous for its 100% renewable energy. All the energy consumption here, like electricity, heating and so on come from wind power, solar power and biomass. I’ve been interested in this renowned carbon neutral island for a long time! We’ve gotten to visit the energy academy, and experience some nice time at museum, heating plant and wind turbine…

In Samsø, you’ll get a chance to see the clearest sky you’ve never seen. The cloud, like virginal white cotton, moves around on the blue background; sometimes it shapes some geometrical pattern; sometimes, the light white colours the pure blue setting, which makes you feel that the sky is in your reach… like an amazing painting, beggars description.
